Cancellation Policy

At Laser Hair & Skin Solutions, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Our providers dedicate focused time and preparation to ensure a personalized, high-quality experience.

To maintain availability for all patients and respect our providers’ time, we kindly ask that you review the following policy.

24-Hour Notice Requirement

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments (no-shows), or late arrivals that prevent completion of service will incur a $75 cancellation fee, which may be charged to the card on file.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled patients. Full service fees may still apply.

Deposits

For select treatments, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Deposits are:

  • Applied toward your service total

  • Non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 24 hours

  • Transferable if rescheduled with proper notice

Repeat Cancellations

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require prepayment for future bookings or may result in refusal of future appointments.

We appreciate your understanding and respect for our providers’ time and our patients’ scheduling needs.
